Low Price Hosting LLC acts as data controller and processes personal data for the purposes described below.

Purpose and legal basis

Identity, contact and billing data are processed to enter into and perform the contract, and to meet our legal obligations.

Transaction security data (IP addresses, access logs) are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, for security purposes.

Transfers

For domain services, registration details are transferred to the relevant registry according to the rules of the extension. Data required to take payment is passed to the payment institution. No other transfers to third parties are made.
