Terms of service
Last updated: September 9, 2026
This agreement sets out the terms on which Low Price Hosting LLC ("the Provider") supplies hosting, virtual server and domain services. By ordering a service you accept these terms.
Scope of service
The resources printed on the plan you order (disk, traffic, CPU, memory, account count) define the scope of the service. They are as shown on the plan card and in the client panel.
Provisioning runs automatically once payment is confirmed. For services that must be processed manually (such as certain domain extensions) our team completes the process.
Payment and renewal
Fees are charged in advance for the billing cycle you select. Invoicing and payment happen in the panel’s billing currency; other currencies shown on the site are approximate information only.
A renewal invoice is generated before the service is due and a reminder email is sent. Unpaid services are suspended after the period defined in the settings and may then be terminated.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to host unlawful content, send unsolicited email, attack other systems, or consume resources in a shared environment in a way that harms other customers.
Where resources are described as unlimited, fair use applies: if a single account makes a server unusable for others we will warn you and, if necessary, apply limits.
Data and backups
You are responsible for the data on your servers. Backup and snapshot features included in a plan are a convenience and should not be treated as your only copy. We recommend keeping an independent copy of your data.
Cancellation and termination
You can end a service by submitting a cancellation request in the panel; it takes effect at the end of the paid period. The Provider may suspend or terminate a service if this agreement is breached.
