Privacy policy

Low Price Hosting LLC processes the minimum data required to provide the service. This notice explains what is held and why.

Data we process

Account details: name, email, phone, address and billing information, needed to form the contract and issue invoices.

Service records: your orders, services, domains and support tickets.

Technical logs: access and activity records (including IP address) kept for security and debugging.

Payment details

Card details are never stored on our systems. Card payments are processed by Stripe and card data goes directly to the payment provider.

Sharing

Data is shared only as the service requires: with the registrar for domain registration, with the payment provider for payments, and with the mail infrastructure for email delivery. It is not sold or otherwise transferred to third parties.

Retention

Account and invoice records are kept for the statutory retention period. Technical measurement records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
