About hosting
My domain is registered elsewhere — do I have to move it?
No. Pointing your domain’s nameservers to us is enough; the domain can stay where it is. You can transfer it later if you want to.
How many mailboxes can I create?
The limits printed on the plan card apply. They are defined in the cPanel package and update immediately when you upgrade from the panel.
Is WordPress available?
Yes, it installs from cPanel in one click. SSL is enabled automatically afterwards.
Can I upgrade my plan?
When you request an upgrade in the panel, a prorated difference invoice is created; the cPanel package changes automatically once it is paid.
