Parties
#This agreement is formed between the following parties when it is accepted during checkout. The text you accept is stored with your order and can be viewed on the related invoice.
Customer
The natural or legal person who purchases the service and accepts this agreement.
Services offered
#Low Price Hosting LLC provides web hosting, reseller hosting, VDS/VPS server and domain services. The resources of each plan (CPU, memory, disk, traffic, account count, etc.) are as shown on the order page and in the client panel; these values define the scope of the service.
VDS / VPS server
- CPU, memory and disk selected in the plan or configurator
- Full root / administrator access
- Install and reinstall the operating system from the client panel
Web hosting
- cPanel control panel
- Disk, email and domain quotas defined in the plan
Reseller hosting
- Create your own client accounts with WHM
- Total resources and account count defined in the plan
Domains
- Registration, transfer and renewal
- The rules of the registry governing the extension apply
Provisioning runs automatically once payment is confirmed. Services that must be processed manually (such as certain domain extensions) are completed by our team. Game servers are currently available as pre-requests only; their terms will be announced separately when they go on sale.
Payment terms
#Accepted payment methods
- Credit / debit card (processed by Stripe)
Billing
- Fees are charged in advance at the start of the billing cycle you select
- Renewal invoices are generated 14 days before the due date and notified by email
- Invoicing and payment happen in the panel’s billing currency; other currencies shown on the site are approximate
- Services not paid by the due date are suspended 10 days after the due date
Usage rules
#The customer agrees to comply with the following rules when using the services:
- Compliance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye
- Compliance with US federal and state laws
- Compliance with international regulations
- Fair use of server resources
- Respect for third-party rights
- Keeping account information confidential
Where resources are described as "unlimited", fair use applies: if a single account makes a shared server unusable for other customers, we will warn you and apply limits if necessary.
Prohibited activities
#The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:
- Hosting illegal content
- Spam and bulk email sending
- DDoS and other cyber attacks
- Copyright infringement
- Phishing and fraud
- Malware distribution
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining
If a violation is detected, the service is suspended immediately and legal action may be taken.

Customer responsibilities
- Content and applications on the server
- Data backups
- Account security and access control
- Third-party software licences
Backup and snapshot features included in a plan are a convenience and should not be treated as your only copy. We recommend keeping an independent copy of your data.
Low Price Hosting LLC cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, internet infrastructure issues, etc.). To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages.
Termination
#Termination by the customer
- Submit a cancellation request from the client panel, effective at the end of the period or immediately
- You can also request termination by written notice via a support ticket or email
- No cancellation fee is charged; no renewal invoice is issued for a service cancelled at the end of its period
Termination by Low Price Hosting LLC
- If a breach of this agreement is detected
- In case of non-payment (30 days after the due date)
- If prohibited activity is detected (immediately)
After termination
- The data of a suspended service is kept until the termination date
- If you ask during this period, we will help you retrieve your data
- On termination, the data of the service is permanently deleted
Dispute resolution
#For customers in Türkiye
- The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply
- Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction
For customers in the US
- Wyoming state law applies
- Resolution through mediation is sought first
- Binding arbitration if unresolved
For international customers
- Turkish or Wyoming law applies, whichever is appropriate
- ICC Arbitration Rules may apply
