Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Low Price Hosting LLC as the data controller.

Processing relies on the following legal grounds under KVKK Art. 5:

Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties:

• Legal authorities: Courts, regulatory bodies
• Business partners: Payment institutions, data center and email infrastructure
• Domain registration: Registrars, within the scope of ICANN and the rules of the extension

Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to:
