The natural or legal person who purchases the service and accepts this agreement.
2. Services Offered
VPS Server
- Customizable CPU, RAM, and SSD
- Full root access
- Unlimited traffic
- 99.9% uptime guarantee
Web Hosting
- cPanel control panel
- Unlimited email accounts
- Free SSL certificate
- Daily backups
SLA Guarantee: 99.9% uptime guarantee is provided. If monthly downtime exceeds 43 minutes, service credit will be applied for the affected period.
3. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Bank Transfer
- Papara
- PayPal (for international customers)
Billing
- Invoices are issued at the beginning of the service period
- Payment is due within 7 days
- Services may be suspended for late payments
4. Usage Rules
The customer agrees to comply with the following rules when using the services:
- Compliance with Turkish laws
- Compliance with US federal and state laws
- Compliance with international regulations
- Fair use of server resources
- Respect for third-party rights
- Keeping account information confidential
5. Prohibited Activities
The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:
If a violation is detected, service will be immediately suspended and legal action may be taken.
6. Liability Limitations
Low Price Hosting LLC Responsibilities
- Infrastructure and hardware maintenance
- Fulfillment of SLA guarantees
- Data center security
Customer Responsibilities
- Content and applications on the server
- Data backup
- Account security and access control
- Third-party software licenses
Low Price Hosting LLC cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, internet infrastructure issues, etc.). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
7. Contract Termination
Termination by Customer
- Cancel anytime from your client panel
- Termination by written notice via email
- No cancellation fee
Termination by Low Price Hosting LLC
- Upon detection of contract breach
- Non-payment (after 7 days)
- Detection of prohibited activity (immediately)
After Termination
- Data is kept for 7 days
- Data can be delivered upon customer request
- All data is permanently deleted after 7 days
8. Dispute Resolution
For Customers in Turkey
- Turkish laws apply
- Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction
For Customers in the US
- Wyoming state laws apply
- Resolution through mediation is sought first
- Binding arbitration if unresolved
For International Customers
- Applicable Turkish or Wyoming law will apply
- ICC Arbitration Rules may apply
